Service NSW

The elderly female manager is disgustingly rude, the way she speaks to people is unprofessional and disrespectful. At one point while I was being served by another lady, I heard the manager and another female worker joking about all the complaints they had received that day alone. This just shows the lack of concern and disregard for their jobs and the people they are there to serve. Service NSW needs to do better, this is unacceptable behaviour in any workplace.

Juleonne customer service was wonderful, and helpful. Before me there was another lady came to change her name and worried about everything, Juleonne was so nice with her and make her comfortable, because the lady was almost crying about her matter.I wish all the best for her and keep up the good work as she always do .

Overseas license to Australia full license.Worst Service that I have been.First I went to do my drive license test, I didn’t know about where i should park and no one told me about (even it says behind the paper they should ask because no one can guess where is the parking).Second: I arrived on time and they told me that I could not move the car to the correct place, test canceled. Even on time. Luckily they rescheduled my test and I could choose another place.I told them that I’ve years drivy and for sure would pass, one of them just told me and compered me with some one else and told that people drive for years and failed (not my case today).So I went to do the test in botany today, the first thing they asked me twice if I had parked the car on the correct place and even they pointed to me, what a champ those people, also drive test approved there.Botany service is greater then Liverpool for sure.If you want to have a good service avoid this one.What a bad experience.

I went to this place this morning for my Driving test. And there was a guy name Sonny (instructor) he was giving me attitude since i went there. I have no idea why he was being rude. Also told me why i parked my car too far, even tho it wasn’t even that far. He keeps telling me i should’ve parked at the right spot but no one was there to guide us where to park the cars. He was very aggressive and not telling me what to do properly. He also told me that I didn’t stopped at the Stopping sign which wasn’t even a stopping sign. It was a give way sign so I don’t have to stop there for 3-4 seconds. I asked him what street was that and he can’t even tell me where was it. If you have an international licence with a decent car I wouldn’t recommend you all to go here. I’ve been driving for years now and just got failed because of rude instructor. This is the worst experienced i’ve ever been. Please don’t go to this place.

Super professional and fast. Had a few things to sort out so stopped in to the Liverpool branch. Teresa was genuinely friendly, sorted things quickly and even picked up something I'd overlooked to save future headaches.

I went into the center today. Can not express the help i received from the staff at the front door. The workers behind the counter. The manager helped me no end. All the staff here are understanding. I thank you very much.

I came in on the 10th of May around 5pm. The entrance staffs were rude and unhelpful. They yelled at me because I asked if I could borrowed a pen to fill out my form.The person who was supposed to help me with my wwcc was extremely unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. I don't mind waiting but for me to wait a very long time for someone who wasn't even willing to help me find out what I need to do or get to complete my form. All I got was they can't do it and I need to redo everything. Only to find out that I was misinformed by the staffs and they could've done it.

Made an appointment to obtain international driving permit and renew licence at 1030am. Im still waiting at 11am and all these tickets except for mine keep getting called. Im unsure why there is an appointment system when people who rock up and obtain a ticket get seen before me. Massive please explain!!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I was told the wrong information and come back and they still couldn’t do my service even though it was their fault. I told him I had talked to a manager before and snarkly said “then go talk to him” the service is absolutely atrocious
