The young lady in the drive through is so lovely. I have been a few times when she is working and she is always so friendly and happy.The food and service is generally good as well.

Customer service is terrible.4 times I've been and 3 times they've messed up my order.Latest time I spoke to the manager and explained about what's gone on and to please make sure my order is right this time round. I get home and guess what wrong again. Unbelievable.Just to add to the pain 2 of my 3 pieces of chicken was shocking.

I just came through for lunch and was so excited, but ended up finding a squashed cockroach in my wrap. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I was sick to my stomach and vomited at the site of it. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

After a long work day you want to drop into drive through to pick up a meal for your family. What are you greeted with a teenager who doesn't want to be there screaming in a high pitched mini mouse take off voice speaking so quickly you are unable to interpret what she is saying. I asked her to slow down so I could place my order and she continued with is there anything else" before I could even place each part of my order. And you all know what that feels like. I tried coaching her to slow down and allow me to place my order. Placed order went to pay and asked why they were treating customers so poorly. Then she took her time to accept payment. Customers also have lots of experience with the public. I asked her why they were behaving so poorly her response" That's what they want us to do" Who is they. KFC you need to train your staff better. They have no idea that "no customers no job policy." Your product is rxpensive and you need to train your staff. Diversity training would be a good a start. It appears these children are working there and really don't want to be there. Lift your game."

It's a bit of a hit and miss at this store but I leaning more to the miss side of thing especially after I got a real bad case of food poisoning but on the other side when it's good it's good.

Amazing customer service every time we come here. The young men in the drive through serving us today were so bubbly and pleasant, they literally put us in such a good mood, my kids kept saying how happy and kind they were. Chicken was cooked fresh and to perfection, we didn’t need to wait long at all, we were in and out the drive through in minutes it was so quick. Highly recommend!

Ordered online yesterday to get home and find the order short of chicken. Missing a 4 pack altogether. The other 12 pieces consisted of 5 wings 1 drumstick and the smallest keal I've ever seen. Chicken was dry. Chips were cold and pasty. Contacted the store was told they'd email a voucher for the missing chicken well that hasn't come yet. Rang again today no sorry nothing will email it today. That was 3 hours ago still waiting. If I could give no stars I would.

Very discussed by the way I was treated here staff are very rude to me and my friends and really don’t appreciate being treated like that when I’m trying to by from this establishment will definitely not be returning.

Excellent staff . Quality chicken in great time . Love it guys . Lucky I don't live nearby as the KFC statue is a bit close to the ground for me not to try aquire on a night out
