Re-Source Hardware

My clients raid drives had bad blocks and kept on going offline and the only way I could access the data was start the computer in safe mode (even then it locked up & crashed). I took the drives to Damien from Re-Source Hardware and he was extremely helpful and said this was a fairly common fault with this particular model disk drive and was fairly confident he would be able to get the data back. Sure enough he was able to recover 95% of the data on the drive and transferred it to a USB external drive. I would highly recommend Re-Source Hardware to anybody requiring hard drive recovery. Quick and excellent service !

If you have any problems retrieving data, Damien is THE person to see! A few years ago he retrieved 10 years of photos off an external hard drive that was all but dead. Last week, he retrieved 6 years of family photos off another hard drive that was in terrible condition. Damien stops at nothing to ensure he gives you the best chance to claim back all your precious memories. The processes and strategies he uses are incredible! Nothing is too difficult for him. I had hard drive failure thought I was going to lose everything but thanks to Damien from Re-Source Hardware he managed to save everything on the hard drive. He was very responsive and also had it done quite quickly.100% recommended Re-Source Hardware for any drive problems you may have.

I recently lost all of the Data on my external hardrive which caused a mass panic for me. being a photographer and having people waiting on photos this was not ideal.I came across Damien and Re-Source Hardware after being quoted way to much to send the drive to QLD and back.Damien was able to retrive 95% of my saved Data, only resulting in me loosing a handful of files that weren't overly important.Damien was professional and accomdated to all of my needs. From the outset I was treated like a customer not an idiot that knew nothing about computers service was exceptionally prompt and efficient and reasonably priced. At all times I was kept informed of the recovery process and given upfront honest advice on how to proceed .. A 2 day turnaround for a totalled Hard Drive was exceptional. Hopefully I wont need the services of Damien and his team again but I would not hesitate in recommending them if you require help retrieving data from failed hard drives

Absolutely can't thank Damien and Re-Source Hardware enough. Damien wen out of his way to ensure I got the most urgent files needed asap and then went on to recover the rest. He is professional and certainly knows his job. I am so grateful I found him and his fantastic ability to fix hard drives. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his work.

Thankfully Damien was able to retrieve the photos and documents from the hard drive which had crashed. It was a lifesaver for me. He always took my call or called me back in a short space of time.
