I can't recommend James, Sandra and the team at Embark highly enough. I had pretty high expectations for our new website after seeing the calibre of their previous work, but was blown away when I was presented with the finished product. They have helped us take our brand to the next level and the whole process has been simple and enjoyable. If I could have left zero stars I would have! Embark Agency are over priced and under deliver! Avoid this company!Ah finally a public response…Exceptional service? Hardly.Project wasn’t smooth sailing?You didn’t listen to the brief and wasted time creating a site that had none of the key front page features we specifically request.Also I didn’t anticipate with your lack of web developing skills that you would somehow stop my live website from working by copying it to your server and tinkering with it, lost a fair few sales from that adventure, of course you should be promptly trying to fix things you mess up. Fairly certain I didn’t get an apology for that just a “deep” “meaningful” message about how many things can happen in life and we just have to deal with things as they come around! NO not at $40k you should know what you’re doing! And you don’t!And you don’t offer support for your shoddy work…..PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
