We bought the house and without a doubt the best open inspection EVER!Can't speak more highly of Simon and his team at Ray White Woy Woy. We had been looking for a house on the Bouddi Peninsula for many months and had been to countless open inspections.Then we met Simon ! From our first chat, we appreciated his down to earth and entertaining approach..he went out of his way, spending time showing us the house and surrounding area (we were making a permanent move from Sydney to the coast). He had his work cut out as we were very close to making an offer on another house that we had seen that particular morning but by the time we left our inspection with Simon...we were SOLD! Literally ! We bought the house. It still seems like a dream come true, we are so happy. Simon was right :) Trust his advice!

Dodgy real estate undertaking illegal practices - Christine Gardiner is incredibly unprofessional and blatantly goes against NSW residential law. I rented a home for 6 months and Christine would periodically drive past the house and report back on “overgrown lawns” - which is illegal as there was no notice provided for these sporadic drive by inspections. The lawns would be attended to and then the Landlord decided he would enter the property himself for a inspection, again with no notice. Christine then requested that the landlord attend on a Sunday to repair the home (the bath did not work for the entire 6 month lease, shower screen was broken and a hazard with shards of glass sticking out) - which this request was denied however Christine and the landlord attended anyway on the Sunday. Apparently Christine is no longer working here, however if Ray White can allow this to occur then do NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.* edited to respond to reply- I have proof of correspondence with your office that shows it is indeed this specific office that breached residential laws and privacy of tenants in my lease. Expecting tenants to mow the lawns after 1 week of heavy rain and impeding on privacy by spying on the property outside of the legal inspection times is a blatant breach - with no excuse to justify that behaviour. You have acknowledged Christine working at your office, take responsibility for the unprofessionalism that you employ

Simon and his team from the Woy Woy office were awesome. I had great responses to all queries and questions and was certainly kept up to date from start to sale day.
