Terrible customer service and still hasn’t shipped after a week. It has been over a week since I placed an order and as I hadn’t received any shipping update I have sent three emails thus far and have received absolutely no response.At this point I don’t know if I will ever get my item or what on earth is going on. This is by far the worst online business I have ever bought from in Australia.

Bought hair clippers from this site that didn’t last 3 months. Was then told they are only intended for professional use and not to be used to clip hair! Go figure… a site that claims to sell professional products to end consumers. No response to my email. They are crooks and need to be taken to the accc for false advertising and a lack of resolution. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend at all.

Don't buy from these guys. Takes your money and don't ship the item. Followed up after 2 weeks and was told item is no longer available but still clearly selling it online. Still waiting for a refund. What a huge waste of time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I brought a $40 plus shampoo mask bottle and they filled up the bottle with plastic but a tiny but of product in the middle so I wouldn't notice straight away. I contacted them and no refund.Terrible service, terrible company. SCAMMERS

Do not go here! I had to get my hair completely redone at another salon to fix what they had done. They did not take the time to ask what I wanted and decided ‘they knew best’ and to just trust them. I ended up with patchy, orange hair which cost me nearly $200.My friend got her hair done at the same time which she was happy with however the colour had completely washed out after ONE wash. We went back in to see if they could fix it to which they refused and said ‘what did you expect to happen?’ Absolutely NO customer service skills, rude and extremely arrogant.Will definitely be spending my money elsewhere!

Be careful, states delivery within 1 to 2 business days. I ordered 7th September and still waiting. I haven’t had contact to advise hold up and order states in process? Very unprofessional. If they don’t respond to my enquiry I will take matter to catch and zippay!I already sent you 2 contact seller enquirers from my order, Annette Carey, amazing that you respond to this review BUT I have still not had a reply to why STILL in process stage!! I also have not have Courtesy email to state there is a delay on my order!! I would not have come through this review if you had of responded to my email or bothered to let me know there was a delay and it is STILL in process and today is the 19th!! So much for 1 to 2 day dispatch.. now this extremely Unprofessional that I have to enquirer about my order here??????
