Very very bad Childcare,they took money from us bank even left the centre without any permission,they leave the kids outside even 35 degree,bad management,personally sujust everyone don't go there

Past trainee at this centre, children are lovely and parents, however management is horrible, toxic and bullying between staff! Extremely rude,I honestly would not send my child here due to the leading staff.

My daughter used to go to the bright beginning learning Center and she loved it. The centre is new and clean. Teachers are so friendly, caring and approachable. They always have fun activities which makes children looking forward to go to childcare. Highly recommend

VERY surprised (and quite shocked) at the disturbing bad reviews (aged or otherwise). This is my personal experience:My daughter has been attending the BBLC OG since she was 5mnths old. I was so vulnerable when I had to put her in as she was so young but I am so glad that I did not choose any other daycare. BBLC OG was perfect for us - and it still is. She is still attending (nearly 4yrs now) and we would have it no other way - we had to move house twice since she was born but made sure we did not compromise on this centre - that is how much we owe BBLC OG and still do. Over this time (2018-2021 running) there has been management changes but never did we face any issues. All the educators have been very supportive and caring. It has always been clean and well maintained. If we had not trusted them so wholeheartedly and been so comfortable, my daughter would not be attending here full time. Special thanks to the up-to-date interactive app, their inclusivity/diversity programs for all cultures (very much appreciated) and sustainability measures. For sure I would recommend to any parent in the vicinity.

Terrible centre l have ever sent my child to. Here are the following reasons:- when drop off/pick up the educators does not smile or know how to deal with kids having tantrums. They give the dirties look. They aren't welcoming at all!- my child has broke his wrist there, and l get told the children has stepped on him. The doctors/ nurse at the hospital wouldnt believe the story and has told me how could children his age break his wrist like that.- when enrolled my child there l get told to pay the bond and you get them back once your child goes to primary school. I did not get my bond back. When l have asked for a bond back they have said its not refundable. Every educators there tells me something different, they aren't professional or know what they are doing.I would not recommend anyone to send their child there.

Beautiful centre, staff are wonderful and truly care about the children.Highly recommended centre!

Today was my son last day in this amazing childcare center as he will start kindergarden next week, i would like to thanx each of the educations that work there and helped my son to learn more to be communicate with others kids write his names and all the letters and all the numbers and much more. This childcare center has very positive atmospher and friendly and porfissional staff.I like it so much and hopfully i will enrolle my other little one there soon.
