Cassie is the most professional personal trainer I have ever met, and I have worked with many before.Despite my injuries, Cassie has helped me change my physique in just over 3 weeks. Not only I have lost an overall 14cm, 5cm just off my waist, but I am so much stronger and I am finally building some muscle.From great advice and teaching me proper posture, to providing a balanced and achievable workout routine and life changing eating tips, I can most definitely say I couldn’t be happier! Cassie is brilliant. Her knowledge shines through with every comment she makes, and her passion and sincerity is felt during sessions. I am currently engaging in pregnancy safe training with her, and looking forward to continuing to work with her post baby.
