South Hamptons Boutique Apartment

Let me just start by saying what a pleasure is has been living at the residents of “South Hampton’s”. My roommate and myself moved in here June 2020, and we have only had great experiences to date. The place is always kept to the highest standards and that’s a testament to the beautiful and professional building managers Jasmine and Ammon. They are always just a phone call away if there was ever to be a problem (which there never is). We have absolutely no intentions off moving anytime soon, and look forward to living here in the future!!!!

WOW where to start! what a great building to live in. I moved in June 2020 and have been nothing but impressed with this property so far. The building managers Ammon and Jasmine are absolutely wonderful people and also very professional. They are both very dedicated to maintaining the building to a very high standard and also very committed to ensuring every single tenant enjoys their stay at South Hamptons. Wish i could give 10 stars!

Highly recommend First International Group (South Hamptons Management Team). Our experience was above and beyond what we could have imagined.Ammon,Jasmine and Vina looked out for every need and did their best to achieve things we could hardly imagine was possible. The team made what seemed was going to be a daunting experience easy and happy. look no further then the greatest team imaginable.For me as a landlord. I would like to strongly recommend them both sales and rental management!

I have rung up about an apartment and Amman and Jasmine have been so helpful and there prompt in answering there calls a great peaceful place to live with great In Managers , very thoughtful and a pleasure to be dealing with ♥️

The mould in this apartment is disguisting riddled fron bottom floor to top. The story.... Where do i even start. We moved in to these apartments in november we moved into 503 thinking we had just found somewhere to start saving for a house. We then applied and when mentioning the 1week free rent the landlord said no no thats an old ad and we won't be giving the free rent. When we moved in we had two beds one of which was removed for us and then we were left with a stained mattress bed frame thats peeling 2 couches one that started splitting after a week and a rusty table outside that means the apartment is furnished and can charge more. On Dec 23 our bedroom and the spare room started to have a bad smell it was always a bit weird smelling but nothing was alarming and jasmine seemed so nice and even told her partner the other landlord to give us the free week rent which was applied after i mentioned it was illegal to not apply it. We now have orange rust pouring from our bedroom window ive had a disaster team that has come in sorted by the landlord and explained the rooms aren't liveable yet we get told to continually pay rent even though at this very moment my partner my puppy and i sleep under the aircon in our lounge room as its the only part of our 2 bed 2 bathroom furnished apartment that is liveable. I have had a waterproof specialist come in a few days ago and lifted up the carpet to my surprise the room that hadnt been discounted because I wasn't aware they were both screwed was totally rotten under the carpet like gunky rotten. We have moved into an apartment that i have now lost income as I am constantly unwell my partner also we have a little puppy and landlords that threaten to take our rent out of bond unless we move out in 48 hours. If we did that last week they were going to wave the arrears and give our full bond back. I jumped into the lift and just started crying. I feel like i have had my heart taken advantage of by money hungry people that are just fixing a building with bandaids the waterproofing specialist has stated the mould has been painted over to create the illusion of a beautiful apartment until your next storm hence the 3 month leases applied. We are still currently living here seeking out legal advice the 48 hour move out date was last week and we have not exchanged any words we have just received a breach for not paying our rent for an apartment that has been deemed unlockable by the disaster squad that was arranged by the landlord. Wondering if it's all true just take a drive by look at the cracks all over the outside of the building and the water damage to the front carpark. Take a walk on the grass its never dry its a big flooded mess. Such a disaster and so many residents have been taken for a ride

South Hamptons is a wonderful place to live. My husband and I have lived here for 2½ years and have just signed the lease for another year. We have relatively no problems with the neighbours and the management have fixed any issues we have had within the apartment promptly and with no hassles. It's a quiet building and the common areas are kept clean and tidy. All in all, I'd have to give this place five stars!

Always willing to assist in every way possible.Different has been an absolute pleasure to deal with,ease of communication and efficient prompt responses, great facilitation and obvious effort to identify win-win solutions for landlord and tenant alike!
