Swimart Erindale

Bought a skimmer basket and within a month the bottom had broken away allowing leaves to get through. Thinking it may have been because I used a skimmer sock I went back and bought another without questioning it. Within another month the 2nd skimmer basket without a sock had the bottom ripped off also. The previous original basket had lasted around 10 years and only broke due to my leaving it out in the sun by mistake through winter when the pool was shut down, Swimart refused to refund for the obviously faulty product. They clearly don't stand by the equipment they sell. Very cheap after market version of the original product. They have obviously found a supplier where they can get cheap aftermarket rubbish and palm it off as being good equipment. Beware! Rippoffs selling very poor quality items with no return policy.EDIT: I went out to Fyshwick and bought the genuine basket from a reputable dealer for roughly the same price I paid for this piece of rubbish that doesn't make the grade. So much for selling equipment that is fit for purpose as per the Australian standard. Minimum 12 months waranty but not at Swimart Erindale apparently. BEWARE!!

The new owners of a Swimart Erindale, Wendy and Peter Hudson, provide a level of customer care that always exceeds my expectations. I know it’s been a number of years since they purchased the business, but the previous service was just so lacklustre that it always perplexed me as to how they remained in business. Now things run smoothly. You need a pool service?...No worries we’ll be there tomorrow! Stunned. Not only that but Tom (who I’ve seen servicing my pool) is happy and professional and gets the job done while providing exacting advice so you know where you stand. An outstanding business to seek support from.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their water tests are quick and very informative and they print them out for you to take home.

Great support and service. I know they are super busy and at times could do with ten more hands but they are always responsive and respectful.

They changed management a little while ago. New team are super friendly and happily smile through all my stupid questions.They are fantastic at guiding me step by step through the chemical processes each time which is amazing.

I always receive courteous and expert advice from Swimart Erindale. Looking after a swimming pool can be a tiresome task at times and it is always made easier when you get the right advice and help in a timely manner and this has always been my experience at Swimart. This also applies to the times where I've had one of their pool experts out to our premises to look at and fix problems.

On completion of looking at my pool pump the Swimart representatives were very polite. They had however accessed my backyard without my awareness. Perhaps I didn't hear them knock? - which I found a bit off putting. Although they were required to do minimal, they did increase the volume and efficiency of the pump. Thank you.
