I drove from Officer to this branch because they always give the best service. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Went to get a sim for my daughter over the weekend. The staff was so nice and engaging. I have tried other places and will continue to return to this branch. Highly recommend! Best service you will get !

I had a very good experience at Vodafone Forest Hills. I was served by Himanshu who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I went in to see if there were any new plans formy iPhone 11 and came out with an iPhone 14 for the same price. I was very happy with that and my whole experience. I’m a big fan of Vodafone and Himanshu just confirmed my expectations and experience.Also I took mum into Vodafone too see if there was a better plan for her and she left with a brand new Samsung. Meet served us and we found him to be very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Bad service! I asked staff member to transfer my data to my new phone and he said do it yourself. I've been so stressed out for hours and still not able to do it. What a disgrace! I'm leaving Vodaphone after 20 years and going to Telstra.

Just wanted to post a review to give the gentleman who helped us today some recognition. The last two times we have come in to enquire about our plan/upgrade phones we have been helped by Himanshu and he is so lovely! Always happy to help and goes above and beyond.
