Tom and the team were very informative and accomodating! Such a great way to spend the better half of the day! The oysters were delicious and we loved getting to shuck them ourselves! Highly recommended for couples or groups!

Before we came we had never been to an Oyster farm before, and never tasted oysters so fresh straight out of the water! They were so plump, creamy. The in-water experience was really fun with such a beautiful, serene and secluded spot - all you hear are the sound of gentle waves and birds. It’s a must do for anyone who is an oyster lover!!We certainly took home a greater appreciation for Oysters after seeing what’s involved in growing them! The ladies are very knowledgeable, professional and they made sure we all had a good time.Oysters will never be the same for us! We are spoilt for life.

Very unique and fun experience. We went on a lovely 24 degrees sunny day which was perfect. Bring some snacks to accompany your oysters to elevate your dining session. Tom was very informative and friendly throughout our tour.

An absolute unique experience. We were picked up at Kangaroo Point Wharf and taken out by boat to the Oyster Leases and then to some tables made up in the water where we got to experience a lesson in shucking oysters and eating them fresh with some of the best vinaigrette I have ever tasted with elderflower. The educational talk about the ecology and lifespan of oysters and the laborious efforts in the farming process added to the richness of this tour. Sheridan is a wealth of knowledge and was hospitable and friendly to each and every one of us on the tour. I am so grateful of this experience and highly recommend for those that love oysters to take this opportunity

What a great experience! My daughter surprised us with the 90 minute farm tour for Christmas. The highlight was learning how to shuck oysters, along with how to differentiate between Pacific oysters and Sydney Rock oysters. Our host (Sheridan was her name if I'm not mistaken) was very informative, skillful, and clearly has passion for her family oyster farm. Definitely worth doing!

Absolutely amazing experience! If you love oysters, this is the place to be! Book online and get a tour to learn amazing facts about oysters. I learnt so much about the history too and how they are farmed. I became a pro oyster Shucker in no time! Immerse yourself in the waters and shuck away! Definitely enjoyed the experience while I was there for my birthday weekend :)

This is probably one of my best most favourite local experiences during my time here in Sydney. No other experiences come close to this oyster farm tour led by Sheridan and her Brother.Fresh oysters right at the source, passionate oyster farmers helping the family business succeed, with an innovative way of turning the business around. All the many stories were thoroughly enjoyable, and you'd not get these stories anywhere else.Don't dress fancy, as you're likely exposed to the sun and water throughout the day. Bring a spare towel just in case as well.-----As tourists, we didn't drive unlike all the other participants. Sheridan picked us up along one of the other nearby public wharfs (Brooklyn Public Baths), before speeding through to her family's farm on one of her harvesting boats.Over there, she explained the processes, the fun facts, the history over the last few years, and where the family got to where they got to. She also provided background context on how their oysters end up in the markets and restaurants, to be served to us diners.The information gave us so much more appreciation to why oysters are always seen to be so expensive, but in actual fact so much uncontrollable weather related risks are involved behind the scenes.After which, we drove to a little bay nearby, where it's a farm to table" experience

Incredible experience, highly recommend! Sheridan and her team were fantastic and very informative, educating us on the harvesting and shucking of oysters. We learnt so much from the tour and would recommend to any oyster lover. Waders in the water while enjoying what seemed like an endless amount of fresh oysters... Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This experience was fantastic! We did the Immerse Yourself experience and cannot fault it! Fantastic to take any overseas guests to! The oysters and the prawns were delicious!Bring sunscreen, a wide brim hat and you are set!! Bring cold drinks with you too!
