My vietnamese wife has been coming to this shop for the past year and said the service and nails they do are excellent.

On went on Saturday for the first time and had my SNS redone on my fingernails ($50). The next day the nails started separating from the powder. By the next day 2 nail corners had broke off the powder. I have been having my nails done for many years, so understand what is correct. Sunday and Monday public holidays, so I rung on the Tuesday to let them know what was happening and went for an appointment today. I was very shocked to be told that I had to pay another $35 for them to fix nails that they had obviously done something wrong with in the first place. Yes nails can sometimes lift or chip but to have all nails lift and 3 chip off in the first 2 days is not right.Very disappointed as the place was lovely and new, clean and ladies nice, but the finished product is what counts and should have been rectified for free. I had to give up my time to drive there and have redone.

Honestly the best set I have ever gotten, will 100% be recommending to locals and making this my regular salon. Amazing service, beautiful nails and lovely, clean salon.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had.. and I’ve had a lot. The lady was very pampering and didn’t rush the service at all (like most nail salons). I get my hands done elsewhere but will be back for a pedi soon! Can’t recommend enough ☺️

Had a great shellac pedicure at Serenity. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly. Will definitely visit them again.

So happy, I love my nails! The ladies were so welcoming and really listened to what you wanted. I did not feel rushed and felt super comfortable. Serenity nails are officially my go to! Highly recommend.

Tracey always does a fantastic job. Fav nail and waxing place. The girls there are beautiful friendly and hard working and take pride in there art.

Very poor customer service. Take long time even after booking. They start with one person removing the nail paint and then they take on another customer while you wait for your turn. Then another staff will do little bit and go and then another staff will finish. There’s no continuity. This has happened earlier too, they keep taking more customers and do little bit and ask them to wait. It took me more than 2 hours for a simple acrylic refill. Highly disappointed ☹️

Very great services, I love my nails. They are perfect, highly recommend to local people ❤️❤️❤️
