Had a bad experience. Nails were uneven and blotchy. When I made a comment about the nails I was dismissed. They were so bad that I had to get them redone the same day at a different salon - same service and they looked 100 times better. The new technician was concerned as some of my skin was filed off and was sensitive. Won’t be returning.

I decided to walk in for the first time just to have my infills done, and I end up having a full leg wax and a lovely pedicure Spa. The staff were sincerely amazing, willing to help me and made me feel welcome. They were just so nice, professional and dedicated, they didn’t rush at all. I didn’t wanted to leave honestly, I have a very good time. I’ll be back soon that’s for sure.

Got a mani pedi shellac here. The nail application (especially on the finger nails) honestly looks like a dogs breakfast. I shouldn’t be telling them how to do their job. The man doing my nails was rushing so he can churn through more customers that were waiting. Then I got charged $85 when on the brochure it says $80. When I questioned him, he said they raised their prices.

Went in with my daughter today for pedicures. Got two snarky rude people to do our pedis who were clearly talking about us and sniggering. The job was rushed and shoddily done and also expensive ( they also demand cash). Rude and dirty establishment. We won't be back.

At my wife's urging, and recommendation, I had a pedicure while she had a pedicure and manicure.My pedicure was great and took about 30 minutes. About what I expected. The girl that did my wife took two and a half hours. Quite slow.

Rude manager! They constantly speak in their own language and don't care about customers. I tried to tell them what I want but never listen, they damaged my nails badly. I complained about the service, the rude manager told me it's not their problem and that they are busy. I PAID in FULL the manager followed me to pay in full. Very unpleasant and rude. Rude lady told me not to comeback next time if I'm not happy. I decide that as a consumer, not you! Rude lady!!! Always remember who keeps you busy. If you are going to be rude because you are busy, stay home.

French shellac - great service, lovely and attentive staff! I came on a Saturday afternoon and got served immediately.

I was brought up with the maxim if you can't say anything good about someone or some thing don't say anything at all. But....I have been going to this salon for two years. A lovely lady who was pregnant seemed to be the owner. Because my husband has Alzheimers (Dementia) and cannot be left alone I always book as it is very difficult for me to get away. I always have to wait even tho I book. Today, having just had a baby, the lovely lass wasn't there. I waited twenty two minutes after my appointment and realized I would not have enough time to collect my husband from daycare. I had tried to book for an earlier time, but they said they were busy and gave me this time. I tried to speak to a guy, there were two of them, but because either their English is so poor or they just don't want to understand, the guy I spoke to was very rude. Basically told me to go. So I have come home and am writing this. It is upsetting and poor business practice if you can't juggle your staff to be ready for a booking rather than taking in clients who just walk off the street without any booking. What also disturbs me is every time I try to pay by card they ask for cash. Are they paying tax on the cash, otherwise why aren't they happy to accept cards. I have seen them do this to other clients. Not good enough, not good enough at all.

This place is terrible. You cannot rely on receiving the same standard of service, it just depends on who you get. Today they made me go and sit on a footstool, instead of in the massage chair, while my nails dried. I had to walk, in bare feet across a filthy floor, despite asking the girl to put my thongs on beforehand, the soles of my feet were black and gritty. The pedicure was terrible, it hurt and I can still see my nails under the polish. I will not go back, no matter how convenient the location.
