I had 3 out of 4 items delivered and have been sending weekly emails to follow up there whereabouts of the last item and keep getting told we are still working on this one". The company that shipped my items instructed that the items are not to be delivered separately."

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They said they tried to send the parcel to me 2 times. Fiest one they said they didn't have my details. Second one they said they called me when they areived, but I didn't receive any call. Called them again today & said the delivery guy is a new guy & forgot to send my item?????!!!! Very unprofessional. If I can give minus 5 stars I would. Definitely not recommend anyone to use TFMXpress

uselessNo notification on their tracking site item was actually on van for delivery, so almost missed delivery24 hours “after” delivery TFMX site shows “ on van for delivery”If any supplier uses TFMEXPRESS in future will refuse to purchase

if can give 0 star or minus i would, NEVER EVER use this company, driver is rude and 10seconds is too long to answer the door also throwing the parcel to an elderly person damaging the products, on the phone for 20mins and still no one answered the phone to complain about the driver.

Is there a minus star option!? Do not use this company! My item was loaded for delivery 5 times before I finally received it! Every time it was undelivered, the excuse was the driver ran out of time! Worst courier company!
