I Iove this shop! Erika is so friendly and helpful, they have a fantastic selection of things (especially my favourite brand, Horseplay), and my orders are always shipped quickly and arrive at lightening speed. I've ordered from WA on a Monday and had my parcel arrive by Wednesday - unheard of!

Erika and the team at Horse in the Box are so welcoming and knowledgeable, and the shop itself is beautifully presented, it's an absolute pleasure to shop there. Shopping at HitB is a wonderful experience, with fabulous customer service and excellent quality clothing and equipment - it definitely stands out in the crowd. I love coming to visit! And will happily travel over an hour to do so. Their online and phone service is also great, with special thanks for the support they offered during COVID and my old riding boots were munched on by a Great Dane puppy - a new, perfectly fitting pair were in the mail to me in no time! Thanks for my birthday spending spree, ladies! I had a lovely couple of hours wandering about, trying things on and generally wishing and dreaming about all the things I'd like to buy...I'm still thinking about those two tone brown Mountain Horse long boots! Horse in the Box has an amazing selection of high quality gear that you won't find at other stores (particularly for a fussy dressage rider!). But more importantly, their customer service is exceptional. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable on all of their products which has really helped me to make the right decision when purchasing new gear. Couldn't recommend this store enough.

Very happy with the quality and size on my stable boots I ordered. They are keeping my feet warm and dry with the lining in them. The delivery was quick too.

Erika was fabulous and helped my daughter choose her top boots. She was very knowledgeable about the products and our personal appointment meant we weren’t rushed. The shop itself is amazing and I could’ve spent a great deal on the wide range of excellent quality products in stock. Will definitely be back!

First time visit to this shop today and wow so impressed with the quality and variety of clothing, saddle pads, riding boots, helmets, tack and the service was wonderful. I had my boxer dog with me and they were more than happy to have her in the shop and gave her lots of pats and cuddles while I tried on some clothes. I was very excited when I saw they stocked PS of Sweden as this brand and colour pallet is beautiful and quality top notch. Will definitely make the drive again for some retail therapy.
