Last week Dan reconnected our kitchen water supply following renovations and installed a new shower fitting in our ensuite. Very happy with his work, he has a very professional dedicated attitude, takes pride in what he does and works till the job is done, staying well after what would be normal finish time. Will recommend him to my friends.

We have had Dan from Avena out to our house a number of times now. He does an amazing job and always manages to fit us in around his busy schedule. He has installed our gas stove, fixed our old leaky pipes and installed our new toilet. Each time his work has been excellent and his prices are very reasonable, he always cleans up after his work, I absolutely wont hesitate to call Dan for any future plumbing needs and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing job you may require.

I had the plumbing moved in my kitchen, and unfortunately was left disappointed. They were 2 hours late to the job, dry cut the concrete inside my house and a week later I am still cleaning concrete dust off the windows/pictures/furniture. The tradesman did not have the correct tools for the job and ended up putting 2 holes in my walls, and left a mess behind for me to clean up. ‘Assuming’ I would tile the floors straight away the channel was not filled in properly, creating a trip hazard for my kids. They did come around to fix it but the floor surface was still left uneven, which made the kitchen install more difficult for the cabinetmaker. I gave 2 stars because they fit the job in on short notice.

Dan did a great job of diagnosing our drainage issues. Came out first thing the next day (in the rain). Friendly, honest and reliable. Plus he leaves a tidy workspace. Not much more you can ask for.
