Our boy Jake is a rescued dog from Friends of the Pound. We got him at 13-months, and as a Border collie x Kelpie with unknown issues from being a rescue, we felt properly overwhelmed before starting with Rhonda. She is AMAZING! We have just completed our 6 week basic obedience course. I have so much more confidence in handling Jake, and have learnt how to teach Jake to sit, stand, walk on a loose lead, come when called, go to his mat and so much more. Once I learnt from Rhonda how to train the right way, how to encourage the behaviour we wanted, we saw Jakey go from a lovable but destructive boy, to one that loves training and responds to guidance. Rhonda was amazing! We were a bit unsure to do puppy school but are so so happy we did it. Our kelpie x collie puppy now at 4.5 months old is so well behaved already. We loved all the classes, she is very professional and we will continue going to the advanced classes for sure.

My puppy Reggie recently trained with Top Dog Academy puppy training and I could not recommend it more. I found Rhonda to be very knowledgeable and she really cared that you got the most out of the training. Very interactive with each puppy and always made it fun.

Rhoda has been amazing with helping our dog, we brought him to Rhonda as we were having issues with Reactivity. She gave my partner and I the tools and knowledge we needed to help our puppy! She was realistic about our expectations when it comes to training and I felt like I went back to school again myself. Can’t thank her enough and will for sure work with her again in the future! Thank you, Rhonda! Your training is down to earth and wholesome. It makes sense and is easy to follow. I wasn't sure if I booked in too early. Turns out, the earlier the better, as it avoids mistakes and forming bad habits. Highly recommend for all new puppy owners.
