Finally found great clean comfortable accommodation in this area. Sebel was fantastic thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Staff were friendly. Indoor and out door pools were great.Our 3 bed appartment was perfect, spacious and clean. Everything was in good working in order. Could not fault anything.

Great place to stay for couples or family's has indoor heated pool outdoor swimming kids play area playground right near the beach can walk the beach is flat clean and beautiful to swim or walk along hotel has tennis court plenty of BBQ rooms are clean and well maintained spa bath microwave fridge highly recommend

We loved our stay here!! Kids absolutely loved the facilities... I had organised to do lots of activities whilst down in Busselton area... but the kids just wanted to stay at the hotel. Great games room and 2 pools, indoor pool is * heated* ( a lot warmer than the outside one). Loved that we were so close to the beach, a quick two minute walk through the resort! Although no restaurant or bar, there is tonic by the bay just a short walk next door that offers discount if you show your key card :) Staff were friendly and the the apartment was clean and comfortable! We hope to be back!

Best little stay away from home. We came here for a 5 day break & our anniversary. We got a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The rooms are a great size and bathroom as well. Big spa bath, beds are comfortableGreat stuff to do around the hotel, swimming indoor or outdoor pool. Play tennis or even go for a walk to the beach. Great stay for couples & family’sClose to Dunsborough & BusseltonHighly Recommended

Great place, slightly out of Busselton. We stayed with 10 people in two bungalows. Rooms were great and spacious, service was very nice and helped us clear a car from our car spot quickly (you can park there). Only thing was that we asked for split beds in one bungalow and we had to request it again when we got there. Otherwise, great facilities pool and pool room.

A bit dated. Needs a few upgrades here and there. Pool was great. Games room was not good, kids won a few items but didn't get them.

Love the rooms very clean and really friendly staff. Loved the amenities available. So close to the beach. It was just a shame there was no hot water available at the end of our stay I was so looking forward to having a spa bath. The staff where apologetic and did offer us other options. But we will still be back.
