When my cat rascal suddenly dropped and started panting we rushed him straight in even tho it was on closing timeThe kept hum over night in oxygen etc abd he got diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. With the right care and meds he lasted just over 2 years still. Tonight my pooch who's decided to sneak chocolate (yes I know my fault ) she been spewing so I rang after hours thinking boy this is going to cost me my left kidney. The vet who answered was very informative on the whole chocolate poisoning thing after I stated my dogs symptoms and said she doesn't need to see her tonight but if still spewing tomorrow bring her in to see if she needs some more support. I was very worried but she deffiently put my mind at ease that she will be ok and givin it was only milk chocolate and my pooches size it's extreme rare somthing drastic will happen overnight.

Took an injured magpie in and the staff were amazing. Took the little guy in, which I don't think survived, gave him care and treatment.

Absolutely disgusted with the vet nurse who served us on Sunday 29 Jan. We live in a remote area and were asking for advice on our sick puppy. She couldn’t wait to get rid of us as she was “closing early”. Dismissive, rude and told us “just take it to your vet”. Won’t ever be back here.Addit:Thank you for your blunt response to my google review. Courtney was the only one being rude. We did not demand anything and accepted that prescriptions cannot be provided without a vet consult. Throwing some products at us without explaining what they were or how they could help our sick puppy was unhelpful. It was clear she just wanted us gone at 1220hrs when your closing time is listed as 1300hrs. No compassion, no care and no advice, just dismissive and rude. We are genuinely upset at our experience hence the review you received. Nothing to do with practice protocol, bad and unkind service was what we got and yes, we voluntarily will never be back and will share our experience with everyone we know.

We brought out cat, Gabby in for a concerning issue which unfortunately resulted in us needing to make the terrible decision to put her down.Our vet, Alice, was incredibly compassionate and made sure we understood everything she was saying. She clearly outlined the prognosis and diagnosis, possible options for treatment, explained the possible outcomes and scenarios, and gave us a clear picture to make an informed choice.Thank you Alice for your kind, clear words, and reassurance during a tough time. We never felt pressured to make one choice over another. You treated our beloved cat with care and a clear love for animals.All staff, including the front desk workers were comforting and made sure to clearly explain things such as costs, and options, upfront and without any hidden additions.Once again thank you for all the staff at Pet Focus for guiding us through such a hard time.

Have used Petfocus for the last 8 years for our dogs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too difficult for them. Highly recommend

Crooks - tried putting thier $2200 callout fee from a specialist on me. The quote I got was 3300 all inclusive. this was to slot in to see the specialist that comes to the clinic on routine. Hope you guys are double checking the bills you receive from them. Vets should be about animal welfare not cash grabs

Petfocus were the only vet who was able to see my cat, Leo, at such short notice. Sadly, he could not be saved but the care he recieved was amazing. I was informed of his condition regularly, notified about costs, what the treatments were and why, etc. They were very helpful with sorting out a payment plan as the cost was extensive. Thankyou guys so much for all you did. I truly appreciate it. Even 12 months on he is missed dearly.

Friendly staff...my little dog is back to normal now...thankyou so much to the lovely vet who saved him ....unfortunately my little rusty went down hill again and he is no longer with me..I would like to once again thank the marvellous sympathetic staff for their kind words and the lovely card and footprint of rusty to put with my memories of him ...It did bring a tear to my eye..I miss him so much .

Very well treated by the team, good care, acute and preventative. Easy to book an appointment with almost no wait, arranging and understanding. Very happy to have petfocus as our regular vet :). Kaiser
