Shell Coles Express Fawkner

This Fawkner petrol station has UNLEADED 98. In Coburg & Fawkner petrol stations most do not have UNLEADED 98 which is annoying because I've been to other suburbs & almost all petrol stations has UNLEADED 98. Thank goodness they have it!

Can I please just pump my fuel without having Coles ads blasted at me through a megaphone

I' ve been there on Sun. 17th Dic night. I did fuel, cleaned windows and checked tyre pressure...all of it probably toke almost 30 minutes. When I came in to pay, the bald man started to scold me about the time. He said I was 30 min. late, that's why his computer was beeping and there was a red label on my pomp number". I apologised with the money in my hands ready to go

The car wash area is filthy dirty. Automatic car wash sometimes operates without adequate supply of car wash soap and the staff don't pay much attention or provide refund to customers. Also the vacum cleaners are a OH&S hazard. I hope appropriate department from Coles would look into this concern.

One of the worst staff on night staff

Staff always seem pleasant, and the Service Station site is easy to enter from Sydney Rd, spacious and well lit, although they are not usually the cheapest fuel available locally.Take care when re-entering Sydney Rd, as an ill-placed bus shelter blocks the view.

Been in Australia for 7 years, never seen this kind of behavior ever before. I went to this shell pump's Coles express with a friend (on 10th Feb 2019, 6:15 am) who wanted to buy a flavoured chewing gum for a pregnent wife. He took a picture of different flavour and the sales person started shouting from the counter.Note: There is no warning sign of not taking photographs in the entire shop as of now.My friend politely said that he wants his wife to choose the flavor but this guy went on and on with His harsh and rude behavior.I know it's a fuel and everyone would have to stop here but at least we as customers deserve respect.I write this hoping that any responsible person from Coles reads this and at least asks their employee to respect the customers

Car wash always broken!!!!! Do better!

Clean store, very friendly person at the counter. Easy to get in and out.I was able to use a number of discounts too. One from my Coles voucher and another from a competition email. I also got my flybuys points. Winning. I think over all it was 8 cents a litre off. Pretty happy with that.As I left I had forgotten I needed milk. Always forget those stores have a few grocery store items.
