Have had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this real estate agency. 20 calls and numerous emails to get them to pay an invoice to no avail. Repeated errors and excuses our emails aren't working" they made the mistake of transferring the money to the wrong account. Surely they aren't this slow when it comes to collecting rent. I wouldn't use them to rent a property from or through."

Be aware!!! Wow - the worst rental real estate experience I've had in 10+ years of renting. Many changes to property managers, slow responses to urgent repairs and these repairs were only dealt with once I made a claim to VCAT.The house was in a poor condition with rising mould and a terrible smell moving in. I left the house prior to the lease ending and the other tenants are caught in a dispute over damages which were documented on the condition report but which the property managers are trying to pin on the tenants. What a mess - do not trust these fake 5 star reviews.Edit: not to mention a lack of intermediate house inspections and the agents not showing up for scheduled inspections.

Genuinely the worst experience as a renter I’ve had, and that’s saying something. The agent Angel tried to get us to pay to paint the outside of the house and power wash the roof when we moved out (after living in the property for less than a year). We stopped living at the house about 6 weeks before the lease was up, and they had an inspection without informing us, and brought along the owners sister to boot. The list goes on. Do not rent any of their properties if you can avoid it.
