Franco is a delight to work with. His communication is very clear. Before coming to the house to install the electric toilet seat, he sent through details and made sure I purchased the right part. After the installation, he was very helpful and fixed up a few small things around the house. He arrived not just on time but 10 min earlier! I highly recommend Franco and will definitely hire him again.

Franco was a life saver today and he did all the work with grace and expertise. He fixed the shower wall with a creative and functional solution. Then he replaced the rotting end cap in the bath, reattached 2 cupboard doors and fixed the front gate. Franco slotted me into his busy schedule so that the occupant would be able to return from hospital to his home this weekend. I am very grateful for his hard work, constant good humour and his willingness to help in a time-sensitive manner.

I’d got myself in a bit of a bind with some home landscaping and expensive rented equipment, and sought out a professional for a bit of urgent assistance. “I’ll be there in 15 minutes.”Franco proceeded to solve problem after problem with ingenuity and an engineering mindset. The final outcome after a days work with Franco, and then him coming back to coach us on finishing off some final touches, was outstanding.I couldn’t recommend Franco enough. He’s a business owner that takes the challenge of delighting his customers very seriously, and that’s become all too scarce these days.

I can highly recommend Moonee Valley Home Maintenance. I had a few small jobs to do ( attaching some skirting board, adjusting a door, fixing a drawer hinge and unbolting a washing machine from a stand. They were all completed with care and to a high standard. I received honest, helpful advice about my repairs which I appreciated. Trustworthy service, completed in a timely manner. Franco was so incredibly great to deal with. He fixed my broken sliding door, and because I’d expressed interest in learning, he was kind enough to explain the problem and how he was fixing it as he went.He also noticed that my gate wasn’t closing properly, and was generous enough to fix this and swap out the screws for me which was really kind.I would recommend Franco for any home repairs.
