WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS TAILOR. I gave them a suit pants to alter. Not only they did a terrible job with stitches, the measurement was all over the place from what we initially agreed on. The stitches on the lenght were horrible and visibly looking. The crotch they did an uneven job and looked baggy. All of that would have been ok if they accepeted the flaw instead of getting aggresive towards me. The lady cannot speak proper English and gets very loud if you make any complaints. Rude staff, lazy job, bad fit and all around DO NOT TRUST your clothes with them. Don't get distracted by the relatively cheap prices as they ruin your clothes.

I've dry cleaned my daughter's school blazer here the past few years and since it was a second hand blazer, I have never paid much attention to whether the jacket came back pristine. Took in my brand new trench coat in last week and on the day of drop off specifically asked the female staff if the black plastic buttons will be fine with the dry cleaning process. I have been using this dry cleaners for some time but of late a number of issues have arisen. Despite their highly automated system which allows you to retrieve your garments after hours via a code system from their red box, the system is only as good as people using it. 2 months ago they gave me 4 wrong shirts, as they were in the middle of a whole pile of them nobody noticed until the following day. Of the 4 shorts they lost they only ever found 3. It took a month of going in and asking what was going on before they finally paid us for a replacement shirt. The owner was in China at the time and nobody was able to make a decision in her absence. What annoyed me was that we had to make 4-5 visits to finally get it sorted and while the covered the cost of replacing the lost shirt they never once offered to clean our garments for free to compensate for the 4 week delay and all the messing around. In short poor customer service. Then only a week later they burnt in some way the front of the shirt. It looks chemical in nature and when I brought it back in they told me it was like that when you dropped it off". I don' often burn or melt my clothes prior to dry cleaning and the shirt isn't super expensive

It is a fraud store. I have tried their service twice; the outcome was the same! They never wash or clean your stuff!The cost they ask you is a total ripoff!The first time they couldn’t clean my shirt, and a simple wash at home made the stain disappear.The second time, I gave them a coat to make a stain cleaned, and they couldn’t do it but asked for $40!I refused to pay, and they held my coat!This kind of customer support will burn your business to the ground!Stay away from them if you want to keep your clothes and pocket safe!

Same issues as most people. I sent my shirts in to clean. One of then had yellow sweat stain on the collar and the second one black stains on the cuff. All 3 shirts came back with no difference. Literally came back the same condition as I gave it to them.

They returned our quilt which was in a broken plastic bag. The bag was broken at the bottom and the quilt was dusted. We told the male staff and he insisted it was just temporary, with a bad attitude which showed his unwillingness to offer any solution. So we decided to still take our quilt and will NEVER go back again.

Took a suit and a silk shirt to be dry cleaned and their service was horrendous. Wasn’t ready when they promised and when I picked it up it wasn’t clean. There were still loose dirt patches and marks. Never will use this place again

Handed my items in on Monday, to be picked up Thursday. When I arrived on Thursday, they hadn’t even started them, she forgot. Had to wait another day with no offer of a discount. Paid $45 to hem up 3 short curtains. The quality of the work was average. Won’t be using them again.
