Walked in and went straight to the counter and asked to pay for an iced coffee, showed my keep cup and said I’d put it in there. There were 2 staff members behind the counter.The first one said “oh, okay, which one?” and I realised he might have thought I’d meant a pre mixed one out of the fridges like a dare iced coffee for example. And I said “oh sorry, I meant I’ll make it myself with your machine but just use my own cup” and the other attendant very rudely interrupts with “How are you gunna get the ice?!?” I said “From the pre made up cups that you have for the iced coffee machine? Is that okay?”And then the attendant just replies “yeah, we’re out” in the RUDEST tone, as if I should have known that from simply walking in there!! No signs up anywhere.. literally HOW would I have known that?! I know it was minor but just so rude and arrogant I was totally shocked.

This morning when I fill the petrol, there was nothing come out at the first 8L, I can't hear any gas sound, I can't feel gas come out. When I pay at the counter, the boy admitted that there was first few liters nothing come out, he tried to give me some discount. However, there was another man come out from the back, very rude said they this is something new, you can get the receipt and do whatever you want. First, I assume that they both have already aware that the pump is faulty, Second, they still use the faulty pump to serve the costumer. Thirdly, the manner the service is totally a rip off.

The store owner needs to know that one tea bag per cup wouldn't be sufficient and I was asked to pay for extra yes bags. Who does that ? Individual franchise owners need to know they can't enforce their own rules in store. The person in the counter was apologizing though.

Hi Guys!!!!BEWARE BEWARE !!!!Please don't re direct your parcel to this seven eleven on glen eira road, the staff has stolen my parcel and when I approached to enquire they were rather verbally abusive and aggressive. The Indian guy on the shift refused to even check if they have received any parcel. Just shocking !!!!

Hours wrong, closed 3 hours earlier than advertised ( all lights on and looks open to anyone passing ) .. I guess so lazy worker can sit on toilet all night

The attendant (more senior person) was very rude and refused to sell me a phone recharge because part of my payment was in a combination of gold and silver coins (only $10 in coins) - he said ‘ I don’t have a counting machine’ - by the time it took him to come up with the excuses to avoid counting a few coins - the coins would have been counted for sure !I thought the world had changed and we weren’t so rude to each other any more?? Guess Not - not going back here ever - and I’ll tell everyone not to as well!

Staff screamed and abused me with F bombs and was forcing me to pay for something I did not want.I clicked on Ice Coffee which poured hot coffee and then the guy at the counter is yelling hey mate what are you doing. When I approached him and told him the machine spat out hot coffee he started to say its not his problem and I have to pay. I told him I am not paying and he can call the cops. And next thing hes screaming abusive slurs at the top of his voice.This all happened on 27th of March at circa 8:30 PM

Manager of the store please upgrade your customer service and teach your employees a bit of manners such as hello, please, goodmorning. I came this morning and it is looking that your employee was doing a favour by being there it really isn't nice to come to the store and to see the seller with a bitter face that talked to me rudely and when i asked him nicely to say please or something he threatens to call the police and he starts to be even ruder. This is the wrong example of customers service.

Customer service is very very bad no manner to treat customer. Mr Raj who was on duties at that time he has no sense I never ever recommend to visit this store. Even I don't wanna give 1 star.

The worse 7/11 I have ever had the misfortune of stepping into.Apparently someone who has a sight impairment is entitled to get abuse from a man in a very rude and confronting way, banging the counter and throwing things at me to get my attention as I was calmly listening to my headphones doing some late night food shopping.I asked him to please stop yelling at me and he continued and I had a massive anxiety attack in the store. I have never felt more panicked for just wanting to go and get a big M.Apparently I was being yelled at because I spent longer then 10 minutes looking at the store, and I had been there many times before. I tried telling them I have a visual impairment, but they were very entitled.I find it ironic that the people who displayed such bigotry to someone who couldn't help who they were born as were the owners, they are very hypocritical and they like to scream at all white people that walk into the store, even my 67 year old mother who went to get me some milk and use the ATM, They treated her in a very disgusting manner.I have every mind to get a current afair to get these guys shut down, they are endangering themselves because one day they will attack someone who isn't so mentally well and it would be the owners fault on what happens.The owners have no skill on customer service or how to Derail situations, how this place hasnt been shut down amazes me.
