He was willing to show people through my property 7 days a week.I’m addition, Tony was able to organise the additional extras that I needed to ensure my property was compliant for sale. Bad experience with property manager Anthony. He left comments on entry condition report said that property hadn't been cleaned professionally before tenants came in, and carpets were badly worn and therefore, tenants were not required to have carpet professional clean. However, I did bond clean and carpet clean as requirements of rental property and send invoices to him. Also, he written down that none of the aircon working. While my new tenants came in last month and said there was only one did not work. It has been over two years and I just wonder how the aircons return to work by themselves `````````````````His false comments caused me to lose as least $1200.I trust him at the beginning, and let him to manage another property for me. However, the tenants he found gave me trouble as well. I received several notice letters from body corporate during the tenant's stay. And, this person left many stuff when he moved out which charged my money to through them away.I write this just want to tell you people my true experience and hope it will help you when you decide to sign the contract with any property manager.

Yes I want a good return, but I also want my investment to be maintained. The reports provided both tenant feedback and maintenance requirements. Therefore spending on suggested maintenance is a benefit to both me and the tenants. The team are also quick to ensure compliance with current legislation on fire alarms, electrical cut out switches and body corporate by-laws against both me the landlord and the tenant. Thus ensuring that prevention against insurance breaches and fines are avoided.
