I received excellent service from Roland and Xin at this store when I purchased an engagement ring in May 2023. Roland makes the jewellery himself and was able to recommend some good quality options. I bought two 18k yellow gold earrings from this company. My ears reacted to it poorly. I took it back. The vendor Roland was nice enough to polish them back to life. However the earrings changed colour shortly after wearing them. My ears were irritated from these earrings. I have other 18k yellow gold earrings from another vendor that doesn't give me any issues at all. He later coated it in 24k gold in hopes it will be ok. However the gold was rubbing off in my hands. I haven't put it on because my ears are quite sensitive to any jewellery that is not authentic. I am saying these are not or they are. I don't know why this keeps happening.
