Would give less than one star if I could, the office at first appearance looked like an exceptionally messy share house (dirty plates, cups, cutlery and fast food wrappers everywhere). Then after waiting an hour and a half in squalor I was seen to and she could not understand anything on my pay slip, when I tried to explain she said she doesn't want to learn about allowances then was mocking me to other people waiting in the office in mandarin. The session was concluded when she gave up and said come back another day.In summary DO NO USE THIS ACCOUNTANT!
