I have worked with Michael twice now and also in collaboration with Sean from Level Design. The process was seamless and delivered on time. Michael understood my vision and has on both occasions, produced dining tables that not only function well but look great too.

Ordered a table from Michael back in March 2017. Paid a 50% deposit and waited patiently for the table to be completed. At first he was keeping us up to date, but then nothing. He started not answering phone calls or e-mails, around June we requested for a reason why the table was delayed and if he can't make the table to please refund our money. Which he still did not reply.We ended up having to take him to VCAT, which he didn't even show up to the hearing. The hearing was ruled in our favour, but yet he still did not refund our money, in the allocated time period provided by VCAT. In December 2017 we still have not heard anything from him or received our deposit back. We have had to get a debt collector involved to retrieve our money.It is sad it has come to this, but he has left us with no other option.It is not right to take money to build a table for a customer and not return phone calls or emails, to leave the customer out of pocket and not refund their money.I would not recommend anyone to get involved with Michael and I hope that he has not done this to anyone else. STAY AWAY!

I would give 0 if possible. We paid a 50% deposit to make us a dining table which he has never delivered. I can not get him on the phone to get money back.
