Tim Allen is a very good agent. I approached him to help me appraise the property I'm about to purchase for development. He gave me a very detailed analysis which was extremely helpful. I did not buy the site as the numbers did not look promising. Nevertheless, I appreciate his support and the answers to my questions.

We were really happy when you organised our Lease to move into 27 Monastery Drive Wendouree 10 Years ago. But, we are planning to move now as the double flight of stairs is becming a problem & we need more room to accommodate our young family when they visit.
