Flinders University Child Care Centre

We ever been here in 2013-2015, but still I couldn't forget this place. Once we are leaving for good, it's never enough to say thank you to all teachers that helping my son to growth. I still remember how they teach my son with care and love. I wish I have an opportunity to be able to contact the teachers. Please let me know if it is possible. warm regards from Indonesia.

I can't speak highly enough of Flinders Uni child care centre. My 2-year-old and 4-year-old settled in so quickly, and the looping system (where the educators transition with the children as they move into the next 'house') has ensured they've continued to feel secure and confident.The outdoor environments are stunning, and I love that my kids get the opportunity to play outside year-round.For me it's about what you don't see when you're there - you don't see excessive toys or walls full of brightly coloured posters that could over-stimulate. Instead you see plenty of inviting, natural spaces, a small number of carefully selected resources/toys based on the children's current interests and developmental needs, and little hives of activity where child-led discoveries are being made through play-based learning.The educators truly care about every child, with many being fully qualified teachers. They've taught me so much about early childhood education and my children!My kids love participating in activities like weekly bread-making, yoga, gardening, composting, recycling and yes, helping to setup and cleanup at meals and other times! Thanks to Flinders my 2-year-old is a pro at cleaning up spills ;-)It's hard to explain in words how special and unique this Centre is. It has a calmness and sanctuary-like feel I've never experienced at other Centres (my 4-year-old initially attended two others before getting a place here). It was absolutely worth the waiting list wait.A top quality Centre that has true heart and soul.

5 Star Center, great staff, well set up and looked after.

They kept my child after I left him with them for a month, they then continued to call police on ME after saying that “I’m supposed to pick him up after a day”. I am currently awaiting my sentencing.
