Nails Avenue

Extremely rude staff.....infills within 15min. Usually takes around 45min to an hour including shellac. You can only imagine the quality.....lifted within a day. Staff seem to care about their own nails more than paying customers. Sign says one price but they charge another and say it's because your nails are long. You should be telling customers as they sit down or when enquire. I'd give 0 stars if possible

I’m not one to give a review unless the service is down right terrible! I had went to this place with one of my friends to get acrylic nails and pedicures done for her trip. Straight through the door we were haggled for prices and the lady was naming prices on the top of her head without them matching the boards. Absolute outrages prices too. We left the salon feeling very rushed and uncomfortable. Not even a day later the shellac on my toes had started to peel, and even a week later the shellac from my ACRYLIC NAILS! Completely peeled off. These people do not care about their clients and only grab your money. Further proof that you should not go to this place THEY USE MMA ON YOUR NAILS!! This is an illegal practice and causes so much damage to you and your body, nails etc. When soaking off their acrylic it was all gooey which proves it was MMA. Completely close this place, absolute disgrace of a business.

I had the opportunity to get my manicure and pedicure done at Nails Avenue in Blacktown, after my surgery.I must say the job was well executed, though painful in a few instances but my ape feet now fit my boots well! Thank you to the girls for their professionalism, for they must have been horrified, but did not portray that emotion.On a flip side, the water could have been a few degrees warmer to help relax better.The massage chair worked very well and I got a decent 15 minutes of back and shoulder massage.

Went to get acrylic full set with square shape and half my nails are crooked and all different lengths, I arrived at 11am and was done by 11:48am. Must say they rushed the job!! Do not recommend

Worst pedicure I ever had. Literally finished in less than 10 mins. They just want you in and out. Everything done half-heartedly. Never going back.

As a nailbiter, they did a great job to make my nails look presentable

Highly recommend this salon. I will admit, I am very fussy when it comes to my nails. The staff were super polite, and made this fussy girl, an extremely happy customer. I will definitely be back!
