We have only been dealing with Five Good Friends for a short time however during this time we have found the helpers that come to my mum who has dementia to be very caring. The carer checked my mums blood pressure and administered her medication immediately, we also received a call immediately from our Case Manager to follow up. She also advised that the carer was studing nursing which put our mind at ease that she knew what she was doing. They have a new notification on the ap which the carers add any notes for the day ie what my mum ate and what they did which is a great help because when I ask my mum she never remembers. Our Case Manager was also very active in contacting My Aged Care to get my mum re-assessed due to the amount of care required. We haven't received a invoice as yet but having piece of mind that mum is in her home and has some services in place and not just being a number in an aged care facility is a better option.Thank you Five Good Friends, dealing with someone with dementia is extremely stressful so having someone available to look after a loved one helps immensely.

Very helpful, making such a difference to our ability to stay at home. Taking care of our needs as they arise whether it is transport or personal care. Assistance with house hold duties appreciated allowing us to maintain the standard we like.

FiveGoodFriends, Aged Care. Perfect if you want the same carer, they go out of their way to make your life easier. It is very difficult watching your independence being taken over, but FGF well and truly understand that. Thank you to all who take care of me. Much love.

I provided a service for them and they have terrible correspondence and after completing that work and invoicing them, they viewed the invoice but haven’t paid and it’s 48 days overdue. They wont return calls or respond to e-mails. I have heard nothing. Don’t perform work for these creatures.

F G F have gone above and beyond in finding me a helper I am happy with. I also find it good that I don’t have to pay extra money for services. I recommend them to anyone looking for in-house help.

I'm the sixth friend of Five Good Friends....They have done everything asked this past year in attending to the aged care needs of my wife and myself. A special mention to Tim Greenwood, our facilitator, for his help. Grateful thanks to all.

This company should be called5 thieving friends". They say all their charges are by the government guidelines but the facts are my 90yr old mother so far has received 39hrs of care as they come for 4.5hrs on a Monday since 4th Jan 21 and all they do is provide social support for mum and to make sure she doesn't fall when transferring from her bed to the commode next to her bed. For that she has received an invoice for $3500 and I assume they are also getting money from the government as my mum has a "level 4 homecare package" which was supposed to help pay for aged care costs and make life better for mum.
