Affordable accommodation with clean comfortable rooms and bed. Management (Leo) was amazing. We were made to feel welcome immediately. I had a few random requests which he attended to promptly without fuss. He was happy to do anything to make our stay perfect. Will stay again.

We all had a good holiday here at the Sapphire Palms Motel the children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff are very friendly will come again did the job

Will never go back again it is junky city people walking around all night had to sleep with one eye open the rooms are fthy dirty mold on walls and the room stank the price to stay was not worth the price got upgraded to junky city up the back owned by Asian who are only in it for the money

Management team are nice and always trying to help. Newly renovated room clean, provide comfy beds. Good location easy to get groceries from 7-11, just couple mins to the entrance beach. Kids love the pool and our family enjoyed. Highly recommended motel, you can’t get anything better if paying this price.

The service by all staff was excellent. Showing us a choice of a couple of rooms. Rooms were clean tidy and on point congratulations. As in another review maybe look at guest parking but understand it is very limited. Pool was being used to its full potential which was a plus maybe during daylight saving look at extending pool hours club Diggers close looking forward to returning thankyou to staff.

Great service and friendly staff. clean rooms, they supply complimentary breakfast (cereal and toast). This Motel is good for a few nights or someone who is driving through.

It was my first visit to this area. The man's behavior was very good, but a woman was speaking not well with us because of Toul yelling at us, and this is not a good treatment.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly, as well as offering a great opportunity to be close to the entrance main strip.Basic budget motel. Parking is not very greatly thought about, it was a little confusing entering and can be managed a bit better to avoid congestion between cars going in and out of the motel. For the complimentary breakfast in the guest kitchen, it was a little too underestimated – the space is small, and it is a self-serve service with limited condiments to serve (3 buns and 2 orange juice in the fridge).

Booked the motel room in rush for family retreat on Australian Day Holiday. Decent room size with reasonable holiday price surprised us the moment we walked in. Kids love the swimming pool they can stay there playing all day :-) the owner Leo hosted us like friends and we are appreciated. Prawning gives us a life time memories - a lot of fun. Convenient location just walking distance to all sightseeings and attractions in beautiful The Entrance- we will be back.
