On the 15/11/20, 4.30pm I went to top up my car's fuel at this station. I went in to pay and said hello to the female attendant but I got no reply. I quickly looked back out to see what pump number I used when the female attendant said 15 bucks! I repeated what she said as she came across a bit abrupt. I then looked about trying to find the eftpos machine as it was amongst heaps of displays such as various sweets etc. While I'm doing this I hear the attendant say There! I swipe and it goes through and then I say thanks and i don't get a reply so I ask for a reciept which she prints out and hands it to me while looking elsewhere. I say thanks for that, have a nice day and while turning to walk out finish with I hope that you can get a personality one day. I realize it's only a fuel station but at least show some type of courtesy for your customers. I work down from this station for a large company and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Such rude customer service. Can never understand how people like this get customer service jobs. Not to mention the store is about as pleasant as a cemetery to be in

Never go here again went in and said no fuel just the drinks and she looked outside like i was lieing i told her again no fuel then she asked the next lady who walked in if the diesel was hers and she said yes. I had a trailer on and parked the trailer in front of pump so i wouldnt block the exit she said i should have parked in carpark which obviously if i did would have blocked the exit.Maybe next time dont stuff around in the back and pay attention on whos actually fueling up rather then assuming people are lieing b****. My 1st 1 star review these guys deserve it

Service is good fuel is responsibly priced. But customer service is pretty poor. Need to work on that or you will loose people including me.

Rude customer service needs a lesson in manners

Directly off the M1 yet their are no toilets provided for travellers. I will not stop here for this reason. Service stations should always provide neccessities like water, toilets and fuel and this one does not.

Friendly staff one or two issues here and there but everyone has bad days and they are really friendly next time we go, would recommend for good quality 91 Ron petrol and cheap cigarette prices
