Hazelvale Homes built an extension to our existing home. We had an unusual design. There were some areas of construction that needed some thought, skill and experience to get right. This is where Grant and Adam excelled. The job was done well on time. They worked hard and made sure it was finished for the holidays. Accommodating when small changes were made. Variances that I asked for were not over budget. Communication is a big factor. Grant always kept in contact. We are doing our own painting

Grant did an excellent job of project managing the repair of wooden flooring and installation of plumbing works and waterproof panels in the bathroom of my Son's house Brett who lives in his own home but requires 24 hour care. Courteous always Grant grasped what needed to be done very quickly and the job was completed promptly early in the New Year. Adam the Site Manager did a great job along with Mathew and the end result was exactly what was needed all done with a can do attitude which was appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Hazelvale Homes

Grant and Adam recently built a merbau decking and stairs in our backyard. They came recommended from our Building Designer and didn't disappoint. They were responsive and prompt when quoting. Good value for money and very honest. Build was done in a timely manner and worksite was kept clean and tidy so our children could use the backyard when they weren't working. A very minor issue with the build was quickly rectified when noticed, which was very impressive. Quality of build was excellent. We were so pleased with Hazelvale Homes we are using their services for building works at another family property. Highly recommend.

A couple of years ago I decided to take on one of the most challenging experiences you can go through. Building a new home!Right from the beginning, Grant,Adam and the team from Hazelvale Homes supported me through the whole process and were always available to discuss any problems and concerns I had. In 2018, we started on the process of looking for builders to build our Mitcham townhouse. Before the planning permit had even been issued, we spoke to several builders including Grant from Hazelvale Homes, and over the following months he kept in touch with ideas and suggestions for our house.In choosing Hazelvale Homes, we felt they would give us the opportunity to be involved and have input during the build more than other builders we spoke to. This impression proved to be correct.There were many occasions as the build progressed that suggestions were made to us by Grant and Adam that there may be an opportunity to improve or add value to our home in some way. This foresight and the subsequent adjustments have all added to the style and liveability of our house, this is something they definitely did not have to do.When during the build we ourselves saw opportunities emerge for enhancement, Grant was extremely accommodating and always listened to our views. Grant went above and beyond in this regard. We appreciated Grant and Adam’s high standards with regard to the quality of workmanship and any issues that arose were promptly and satisfactorily dealt with.Their great relationship and communication with our neighbours prior to and during the build was also greatly appreciated by us, after all, when the builders leave, we have to live there.Grant and Adam are extremely affable and it was a pleasure dealing with them.This house is our forever home so no more builds for us, however we would not hesitate to recommend Hazelvale Homes to family and friends contemplating building or renovating their homes.Sandra and Robert James
