Cory came out and diagnosed the problem with my A/C and said he would order parts and have it fixed within a week, two weeks later I rang him and he said he thought the parts had arrived the day before, rang him again a few days later and he wouldn't answer the phone rang a few more times and texted him a few times and got no answer or reply. If you want a repair to your A/C don't use this guy wasted my time and would have had it fixed by now if I hadn't been messed around by him. had to post with one star as there is no option for no stars.

Have used Cory and the Tropikool team for a couple of aircons now in the last couple of years. By far the best priced of all installers I queried within Townsville. They're also punctual, reliable and informative. An absolute pleasure to deal with; I certainly won't be going anywhere else.
