Corinthian Doors Dandenong

Fantastic experience with Corinthian. We had every door replaced in our house. They are made well and look great. They gave us a great price and Felix the door hanger and his assistant have been fabulous, going over and above to make sure our doors are perfectly hung with care and precision. One of the Corinthian Doors were installed in our brand new townhouse. After a short time the door was bowed causing weather seal jam and door itself become very loose. There is a standard saying that if the door is bowed it needs to be replaced. However, I was informed that there is nothing they can do and left us with a defective door.Not happy with the quality of the door and with the quality of customer service of the company.Would not recommend this manufacturer.

Just visited and walked out as no one bothered trying to help us the whole time we were there even though we were the only customers in there and 2 on reception. Maybe some customer service training would help? Overheard the lady training laughing say if you don't know the answer to a customers question and they request head office give them the Sydney number and they'll will give them the same response, poor impression.

After chasing around trying to find the right skirting and architraves for my reno with no luck, I went to Corinthian. The sales staff were so helpful. They have a great range of products on display and even gave me a sample to take home. They're delivery service is quick and efficient too.

Great display of finished doors. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lots of good advice and suggestions. Highly recommend a visit if you are trying to decide what will look best from the website. Nothing beats seeing the real thing. Really glad I made the trip.

Recently I purchased a custom fit door through Bunnings for Corinthian doors.When installed the door had a gap the whole way around which allowed light and air through it and prevented it from having a noise and heat. Corinthian representatives comments were ‘ it is only like that as the sun is shining’, ‘you had a glass door before so you wouldn’t have noticed’ and their solution was to come and move the door so that the gap even the whole way around the door and to put a seal around it,which is not why I purchased a 40mm thick solid core door to have seals around the door instead of solid core door material.Now the gap is still present and significant at the bottom of the door where leaves are being blown in and there is still a significant gap around the door despite the inexpensive seal solution and the customer made ‘perfect fit’ door.Now the feedback is for me to get a carpenter to add extra timber. Corinthian are not taking any further responsibility. Funnily enough when they took a second measure using their machine, the door measurements were smaller? The door and frame measurements have not changed since the first measurement .. hence why is their still such a significant gap around the door? Why is the door called perfect fit and how does their machine still leave gaps around doors that thick seals cannot fix? Also when is it Corinthian doors responsibility to leave you with a door that looks and functions like that and say get a carpenter.This is unacceptable and poor service.I wish to let everyone know to make an informed decision prior to using them for door installation. Had I known this was the level of service and the level of their product, I would have chosen differently.Now I have a non perfect fit door that Corinthian takes no responsibility for.

Buyer Beware - Had the front door hung and painted only to warp a few days later. A rep called after we waited weeks for them to come out only to find that they were completely dismissive and suggested it was our fault cause of the light grey colour paint. They would not offer a replacement for the defect nor the $1000 or so to re-paint and hang. Instead, only offering a 20% discount on another door. Will be taking further action

I had to buy a sliding door cavity in a rush, so I drove to Corinthian Doors Dandenong directly to buy and pick it up. The service was great, and they had someone load the unit into my van for me. Will absolutely buy here again.

DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. I have installed may doors, one thing is needed and every manafacturer does it, a label on side of door that says install lock side only" so I baught 10 doors from Bunnings and started to install them. They are glass doors with solid surround. Frosted glass. All well for three doors till I got to opposite side opening door. Could not turn it around as the glass is gloss one side opaque the other side and with 5 doors in hall would have looked wrong so I flipped upside down as this would be only way to install lock side on right side
