Builder screw in the tyre? I kid you not, they fixed within 10-15 mins tops at a competitive price. The office staff (Ben at the time of this review) was polite, helpful and understanding. They also have a nicely serviced waiting area. What else can you reasonably desire?

Without a doubt, goes above and beyond service. Recommended to all my family who come here and im now recommending to everyone else.My most recent visit was a puncture repair and Ben literally went above and beyond today and on all my other visits.Absolute legend!!!

Friendly and helpful on phone and the wheel alignment that was completed seems OK. The issue was the way my husband was spoken to by the guy that did the wheel alignment. He practically called my husband a liar. He reckoned he must of ran into something and had never seen anything like it in his 25years. My husband explained it was the bad roads but for some reason the guy would not accept that.It isn't as if we weren't paying for the job.I really think this guy needs an attitude adjustment.Will not be going back.What no comment ! An apology would of been appreciated .

Amazing service, efficiency and good advice.An important aside, the upstairs customer waiting room with lounge, tea, coffee, TV, dining table is clean and beautifully presented. Sit comfortably at the table and work on your laptop or lounge with a cup of tea/coffee and channel hop.Great tyre experts too....

Happy so far on new Toyo Proxes tyres. Definitely better than the OEM Bridgestone on my Subaru XV. The old tyres were not yet worn out, they just didn't feel good enough.
