I had never experienced having a terrible landlord until I had VL Property Partners as my landlord.VL Property Partners will never respond to any requests or questions made by tenants.. They will also make your vacating time as difficult as can possibly be.If you are thinking about choosing this company to help look after your investments then I highly don’t recommend.Val constantly never showed up for rent inspections and was rude and super racist to my next door neighbours.I’m warning any future tenants to please look at her landlord reviews and you’ll find out exactly what I mean.Good luck to anyone who is with or going with this company!

Val is a horrid horrid lady. She has over 150 different complaints about bullying on REIWA. She refuses to answer calls or emails regarding the safety and security of a property she manages.Please research her and her business before signing a lease.

As a tenant, I found Val approachable, she attended to any queries with speed and care. Val always showed an interest in how leasing the property affected our lives, and attended to maintenance requests quickly and without fuss.

07 Feb 2023 the open home is 5:00-5:15pm but the agent was NO SHOW. Seriously? See the long queue waiting outside? The lady Val did NOT answer phone calls or reply texts.We drove 40mins in peak traffic and waited 25mins for nothing. Left at 5:25pm and then another 40 mins on road.RIDICULOUS

Val has looked after 2 of my properties and always spot on when inspecting and liaising with tenants. My first rental was in better condition when handed back to me than when listed with Val. A credit to obtaining excellent tenants and managing the property.Val is a truly experienced Property Manager with the personal touch making it stress free for me. If I could give Val and VL Property Partners a 0 star I would. I see the business has removed previous reviews in hopes of future clients not seeing the hell she has put people through. So I’ll leave it short and simple - if you are considering renting through this woman, don’t. She is the most nasty, manipulative, horrible person I have ever had to deal with. Avoid like the plague.
