Absolutely appalled by this company. Not only did they have my parcel for 10 days and not notify me until I tracked down where it was, they also forgot to drop my parcel off at the local post office in Mount Larcom when agreed. Then told me to wait in town with my toddler for an hour as it would DEFINITELY be there. Only for me to ring them when they didn’t show and be told oh the driver just kept going past to Rockhampton. Not good enough!!!!

absolutely hopeless,don't know how they stay in business, items sent from gladstone to agnes, driver too lazy to open gate, so just leaves a card...camels would work better,find someone else if you can.
