Good location for those working in Richmond. Room was clean and modern. On night one of my stay the fire alarm in my room and the adjacent room went off at 1:30am. Both my neighbour and I evacuated downstairs. The reception is not manned after 11pm which is well advertised. We called the after hours emergency number and received no return call. My neighbour and I removed the fire sensors in our rooms and were able to resolve the issue. The concerning part for me was more for female solo travels. Having an emergency number which goes to a message bank and is not responded to with a phone call makes it a little concerning. So if security is a major concern for you, you may want to keep this in mind.

Nicely presented rooms, with everything I needed in easy reach. Bathroom was a decent size, and bed was comfortable.Service was excellent, although I did not need to engage extensively. Location was very handy, with the IGA next door, it made getting supplies really easy as well. Parking was also really easily accessible from the laneway behind the hotel.All in all, comfortable stay, that I would use again if in the area.

The dual key rooms were for two couples wanting to share a place but still have separate privacy with own amenities (kitchen and bathroom). Location was central and many good Viet eateries, cafes, small bars and breweries to visit.One pet peeve was the lighting inside the building was dim and dark. It really strained our eyes when walking along the corridor.

Good location. Gym next to reception. An short walk to Victoria Gardens shopping centre, a IGA supermarket is located next door, a tram line runs past the front door for and a pub on the corner of the street. We stayed for an event at the Melbourne Cricket Ground which was a quick trip by tram or a easy half hour walk. Rooms are clean and tidy. Everything you need to live comfortably for a few days or weeks. Kitchen has hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, jug and toaster. Nice shower with great water pressure, washing machine in the bathroom as well.

When I called asking for help with my dads birthday Tarik the sales manager answered my call , thank goodness he did ! He went above and beyond to help me make my dads birthday special . Cheeky trip to IGA for a bottle of wine and a room upgrade . So impressed with the kindness and service . Sad I’m not staying there myself ! Will be sure to make the trip though . Thanks again Tarik !!! Xx

Good location but dirty. You’re only treated a priority customer when they’re trying to get your booking. Once you’re locked in, the excuses come out for not getting equipment fixed in a reasonable manner or room cleaned in a timely fashion. You are made to feel UNwelcome with any reasonable request, like additional cleaning cloths or dishwashing powder. We were told our room not cleaned today or cleaned bed sheets not provided because “their priority were for new guests checking in, not current guests like us”. It’s 2pm. Go figure?? I don’t understand how this place rates 4 stars. Sheets had stains on them looked like dried snot or pus. Bathroom, side tables not wiped, definitely not sanitised. A vacuumed floor would’ve been nice to pick up the chip under the sofa, that was there before we stayed there. “Enhanced cleaning” are only words, in a ‘Covid world’ actions are needed, not excuses. We booked for 2 weeks, we moved somewhere else before our stay was completed.

I checked in at the counter, only to be charged $300 for the night.I advised the receptionist that the online price was $185.No instruction or leaflets where given out for the onsite parking, and was very confusing as the Quest shares parking spots with other tenants for the complex.The loungeoom had a terrible smell, which I can described as vomit and urine. The Airconditioner was on when I entered the room with the balcony door open, to air the room out.I complained to the receptionist, but she didn't really seem concerned.I would never stay there again. And would have changed hotels however I had a medical procedure.RegardsGene
