Getting falsely questioned and accused of stealing an item at the self-serve checkout. Money and receipt clearly present in hand. How about focus on the individuals that roam the store clearly high on substances, instead of calling out innocent individuals in public, acting like a hero, and embarrassing not only yourself but the customers present? Very concerning.

Great customer service, assistance and patience demonstrated by Jordie last evening, just after 5:30pm. I don't normally like to single out individuals in a team environment around customer service as I'm sure there are others who do the same. But it would be amiss of me not to acknowledge great customer service when I receive it. Keep up the good work.

The fridge produce is split over 2-3 aisles with Freezers in-between. Cheeses are in 2-3 different places. It can be quite frustrating shopping here as produce groups seem to be split and in different aisles (biscuits in two different aisles). They also keep getting moved around so staff don't know where to direct you to go

Little outdated but your average Coles. Needs a renovation like the one at Ingle farm. It's had a smaller renovation but still needs more. Also the check outs there are few in numbers and are very small, the checkouts aren't always manned and there's too many people going through the one that is. Drops the ratings down greatly.
