Adam and his team are absolutely fantastic at Jet-Tech. As well as being miles ahead of any of his competitors with his depth of knowledge of ski's and level of service. It's his customer focus that keeps me going back.

Highly recommend jet tech! Had multiple issues with my ski and they could tell me exactly what was wrong with it over the phone before taking it in. Even though they are always super busy and booked out for months in advance they somehow squeezed my large job in within days.If you need to know any info or have any questions on any JetSki these guys know what they are talking about.Thanks jet tech for your 10/10 customer service and even better the work done on my ski.

Waste of money getting an older jetski serviced only to be told not to bring it back again because he doesn't like working on older models! Plenty of other businesses around who are grateful for trade and actually do what they are charging you for!

Lazy & Dishonest is all I can say.Sport Mode didn’t work on my used Seadoo.Jet-Tech said I needed a complete new wiring loom as this was the issue. $1200 + labour. I asked if they had tried a replacement VTS/Sport button and they said yes.I found another very helpful local ski mechanic who hooked up the diagnostics but couldn't find any issues, but after chatting to them they found me a second hand button cluster after as I was convinced that's the problem.We simply plugged it in and Sport mode activated straight away !!I borrowed the buttons and took it out on the river and it was awesome. I got a brand new button ordered and installed it no problem.So now i have Sport & Eco modes as intended, the sport mode feels like a new ski it absolutely launches from standstill its crazy.So much for needing a whole new wiring loom and yeah thanks for the recommendation of an engine rebuild due to low compression lol.2 years later still running like a dream so what does that tell you.

very good customer service and Adam knows a Sea-doo Jetksi inside and out. high recommend using jet-tech if you have a sea-doo for servicing and maintenance.

Needed some extra bits to make a new jet housing work on my ski the day before going to the river, dropped in and the parts were fitted immediately and helped me out with a new wear ring because i had bought the wrong one. all at a very decent price. I was the worst kind of customer (last minute job in a rush) but i was given the best kind of service. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely be coming back.

I have purchased a few skis from Jet-Tech, always had them serviced and repaired also. The workmanship is always A-class and nothing is ever too hard. If you want to purchase or have your ski serviced or repaired go to Jet-Tech you will not be disappointed.

So around 8 months ago i took my Jet Ski in as it wasn't starting. Was told it was the starter motor which they replaced. I was also told to get rid of it as there was several other things wrong with it. I took it home and went out. It started and died within about 10 minutes of riding. This is after spending $400 at Jet Tech. I have since pulled the motor out myself and found the issue but also notice that the starter motor is the original which wasn't replaced as advised. Very poor form. What was i charged for !!!!! Keep away from these people especially if you have an older machine. They really have less of an idea than someone who has no idea.

These are the go to guys for seadoo, helpful on the phone when asking questions on what to look out for on buying second-hand ski and helped me with my 2019 gti that had lack of top end worked his magic now hitting top speed and so much more fun. Thanks for all the help
