Went for a pedi/mani($45), $10 extra for shellac on toes and hands which is fine, but getting charged an extra $30 for getting French on the toes (due to extra labour) which barely even looks like French manicure. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if a nail hadn’t chipped on my hands an hour after from using sticky tape!! What a joke. If you’re going to charge that much extra at least use good quality nail polish. Not to mention it felt like they were ripping my skin off when filing. All in all going in for a $45 dollar mani pedi which should have been $65 for shellac and then paying $85 because of this pathetic “French manicure”. I have gone here since a teenager but this was a joke.

this place is terrible whoever tells you other wise is lying or a bot, every person that was in my row had a similar experience, i went in to get my acrylics refilled and instead i’ve got uneven, bleeding fingers, they were extremely rough with the file and the drill to the point you can see the flesh on the side of my fingers, charged me $40 for uneven nails and aching fingers, i don’t recommend this place at all i’ll never be going there again as it’s been over 9 hours now and it still hurts to move my hands!

Absolutely amazing experience. Did not have to wait, the staff were all so friendly and took their time to explain pricing. Very affordable pricing for a quick pedicure. Will definitely return again in a few weeks for another pedicure.

Nails are done expertly and quickly but watch those add ons for applying polish which used to be included in price when getting a one colour polish at the end. Was going to be double for a French polish so I got a colour instead. Was an extra $10.

i am a frequent regular at this nail salon and never have a problem with the staff or service i receive. always leave the salon over the moon with my nails. however, tonight i experienced the worst service i have ever received. the whole time whilst getting my nails done, the ladies consistently tried to charge me more and more for everything little thing that was done. they claimed their prices for french tip were $50, then proceeded to tell me i needed to pay $75 and then for the third time they told me i needed to pay $85. the length of my nails were medium and i was purely shocked by this experience. the lady was extremely rough when shaping my nails and made my fingers bleed. the nails were completed in such a poor manner.

Went there needing refills, I was sat down quickly but took a while to get started - they are very busy at the moment due to staff shortage so it was very rushed, have to pay before the polish and did t realize til after they charged me for a full set of acrylics!I was sent to front of store for the polish finish, while waiting I noticed the nail lengths weren't matching at all, the girl managed to fix them (almost)Still on the lookout for a reliable salon unfortunately

Went here today to get my nails done they did a good job but had dirt in my nails and they didn't even bother to take the dirt out from my nails other than that my experience was great

I am absolutely amazed with the nails I received here today. It was my first time and it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you so much Megan for this amazing design these are easily the best nails I have ever had. Sorry for taking up so much of your time I am very appreciative and thank you to the guy who did the shape they are perfect, Not too sure of his name but he is great and very gentle. Thank you so much.

highly recommend this nail place. been a couple of times and each time the staff there have not rushed and ensured all there customers are welcome and comfortable. the 2 younger twins that did my nail art were very friendly and did and excellent job making sure they followed reference pics, asked questions/feedback along the way and took their time. couldn’t fault, will be back again :)
