Terrible booking agent. Booked the 3 bedroom, two months later was told we'd have to change dates to the week before or would be cancelled due to a system error". Have asked for the week the after the original booking and received no response for two weeks."

I don’t know why this business can be opened until now. I booked room since lockdown last year. The owner of business attitude was so bad. No pick the phone calls and Don’t even comment about refund or credit notes. Also try to teach me how to communicate as a been teaching person.I had the worst experience for book a hotel. I tried to contact the own though my lawyer. Even ignore my lawyer notification letter.Go through my lawyer feedback, the owner had three different companies under her account and one of them already closed down for long tim ago. I believe me not the first one they try to do this to their clients.I hoped no more client will have the experience like me though this business and place

Great location and size. Could use a little bit of an update but it's still a great facility and would consider returning

Lawlers 20. Quality apartment. Free internet and newly renovated. Great location. Will stay here again
