Therapist recommended me to do cupping for better results.She didn't explain there would be an extra charge for cupping and said it's all included in the 45 mins treatment" (Just to be clear I asked in Mandarin).I was feeling better after the massage but my neck and shoulders all got tenses up again after receiving a bill of $130 just for a 45 mins treatment.Owner didn't seem to be bothered talking to the therapist to find out what happened and just told me oh well

Didn’t get a massage, but bought a gift voucher, needed it to be refunded as i didn’t need it any longer. dumb old man at the front declined my refund saying the “machine was broken” FOR 3 DAYS i went into that shop asking if the situation was fixed to get my refund. but he made no attempt to fix it. So i got my dad to go in for the refund and he returned it immediately.. like are you serious? Happily turned me down for a week but as soon as a man bigger than you steps in you give in. RIDICULOUS.

Excellent caring staff that do their absolute best to address all your physical aches and pains. I find them very competitive prices wise aswell as they do private health rebates. Highly recommended.

I went in aches in my neck and shoulders for half hour massage. I was so sore and the therapist found all my sore spots!I was then asked if I’d like to try cupping, I’ve never had cupping before but have definitely heard about it so I said yes.This was the most intense session I have ever had, to say the least however I didn’t go there for light and fluffy so I put up with it very happy to say I am pain free. Will be making this part of my self care routine.The staff are very friendly, I have but one critique, it would be really nice to know the name of my therapist.I highly recommend going to Natural Therapy Eaton.Belinda
