So frustrating about their services. Even though I don’t want to give them 1 star. They delivered to my neighbour house address. Then we called to check. They ask us to check at our neighbours address. It’s not make sense. So stupid delivery. Open your eye big enough to see the correct number. 2 number is totally different.

what an absolute shemozzle dealing with these guys. They tried to deliver a package to my place three times. On the third attempt, they attempted, failed to deliver at 11:47, then an hour later marked it as delivered. So I contacted them to say it hadnt been delivered. I doubt they even tried to look for the package and accepted my claim for a lost package, admitting they where at fault they sent me all this paperwork to fill out online. I had to edit my claim form and upload invoices for the package. It wouldn't allow me to edit, upload or anything on the claim and then one TINY little line in an email said to contact the seller for more info. Turns out I didn't need to do any of it except for contacting the Amazon seller. Why not just clearly state that at the top of the page, EPECIALLY if your in partnership with a company like amazon and this is standard procedure.

Buyer beware, used UPS to ship $200 worth of skincare from the UK, UPS withheld my parcel at ‘the border’ saying they needed a consignment note to pass customs andship it to me which they received multiple times from both the seller and myself over the course of 3 months.Was so fed up I rebought the same skin care and had it shipped through Royal Mail and it had no issues getting to me in under two weeks with no contact.If you are using this company, be prepared for them to outright steal your parcel and then make up some excuse to not ship it to you.It seems from the reviews multiple others are having the same experience.

I spent the whole day waiting for my delivery (international) and at the end of the day, when I called the customer service, they told me my area does not lie in the service area. This is pathetic. I had repeatedly received official emails from UPS stating that package would be delivered, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, but instead I wasted an entire day to hear this. If the area is not in their service area why were not other measures taken to have this delivered.Really unhappy with this.Now i get a call from them asking me to come to their shipment office in Tullamarine to collect it.Totally refused this request.I have asked them to deliver it, lets see if they do this job correctly.I don't know, why UPS takes up orders before confirming if their company is good enough to do the job.I live in Melbourne, in Truganina, and God knows if this does not come in their service area, then how small a company it is to do international shipments.Would never recommend anyone to avail their services, would also make sure all my international clients stop using them as a courier.

You couldn’t pay the guy with asian ethnicity more money to look more uninterested in customer service than he already is. Delivery not left first attempt and card left. Second attempt they say the package was authorised to be left. Nobody authorised this. Failure of a customer service centre. Worker had 0 social skills.

Such a pathetic service - or I should say absolutely no serive and responsibility - in doing their bit.My shipment from Singapore was delayed by 2 days, sitting at Melbourne depot for 2 days, and once I ask them if they can deliver - the straight answer is no, and as solution I should come over 35 km and pick it up.The absence of sense in their customer support lies in the fact that i should try to come over at 9 am on saturday to their collection center at Tullamarine, Mebourne airport (this is completely based on their convenience) while on my way to take an INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT at 10:30 am (that is just 1.5 hours of time left with me).The customer support is very adamant, rude, raises their voice time and again to put everything on the customer than owning even a bit of their responsiblity.Absolutely pathetic in all the aspects i can think of .AusPost, FedEx or any tiny courier company will be 100 times better than this - periodThe coverup lies here - the status update is that the shipment is delayed by mere 1 business day". You push it till friday

The absolute WORST most infuriating postal service. I would absolutely never use UPS for my business from my experiences but unfortunately my suppliers send me parcels via UPS.I’ve had parcels left to be stolen (if not stolen by their drivers), and fake delivery attempts days in a tie whilst I was sitting at home like a prisoner actually waiting for them - yet no one actual came. Full of lies. DO NOT use them!

Horrifically bad - package being delivered from US - go online to change dates to ensure I'm home, system accepts change and then I get sent a confirmation email from UPS confirming delivery on the new scheduled date. Last afternoon on the day UPS confirmed delivery would occur - no package, I ring UPS who advise me - yes the package is being delivered today but delivery can occur any time up to 6pm. 7pm comes no package - ring UPS - agent says Oh our website doesn't work you should call to change delivery dates" we never recorded the change (then why the hell did you send me a confirmation email with the revised delivery date) incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the service."

If I could give a lower score than no stars I would, need to at least pick one star to be allowed to post this review. WARNING: DO NOT USE UPS - they are very unorganised and will most likely lose your package. We shipped a package from overseas, it landed in Syndey on Nov 11 2022 and they told me that the package could not be released until the invoice was paid. I called daily for 2 weeks requesting the invoice to be emailed to me for payment however they could not issue me an invoice due to an issue with the finance system as they said. Only after I threatened their customer service rep to keep them on the call all day then they processed my payment on the phone immediately, and funnily enough i received the invoice straight after. So, it has been another 2 weeks since then and I still have not received the package and have been told it is still in sydney. I am very concerned the package is lost. all I can say I will never use UPS again or any overseas company that ships via UPS on the other end.
