Unprofessional, Has an attitude on the telephone and says he will ring you back and never does.I wouldn't use him i rather use somebody else will less attitude !Paid the guy in full and left the job incomplete then demanded another $400 to finish it off.And thats once I could actually get a hold of him.Take your business elsewhere folks.

Avoid at all costs, fumbled around and couldn't fix the problem....arrived 3+ hours late and lied saying he tried to call two different contact numbers. First time to review anything but seriously don't go there

Am very, very disappointed with this company - never ever use them. Came to repair a dishwasher - spent less than 10 minutes here and said he would send a quote. Did not hear back from him for nearly 5 weeks In the mean time I had to had to get help else where and then he send a bill!

Came to fix my mothers fridge, was very happy with very prompt call back, and was there the next day, and excellent price, ten stars.

Slow to respond, lost the address and couldn’t remember the job. Constantly Complained about modern appliances being too difficult. Doesn’t answer his phone and don’t try and text or email as he uses neither. Delivered and invoice in person as doesn’t post either. You can understand why things move so slow.

Turned up with no mask, forced me to pay in cash because he couldn’t write up an invoice for some unknown reason. Refused to listen to what the problem was and dismissed anything I said and to top it off he felt the need to criticise my employment status.

Arrived (one star)without a mask as required by law. Rightly identified an element failure in the oven but didn’t have the part. Error message on dishwasher, which was still working before he tampered with it, I had to google to tell him what it meant! Whinged about integrated appliances and said access would be problematic and would have to disassemble. That was weeks ago and I haven’t heard a thing. Have since had another company fix both appliances on the same day. Highly professional and it was not necessary to disassemble anything!I tried to go local but this time it failed. I expect he will eventually get back to me with the part or send a bill. He needn’t bother. I should report him to consumer affairs over his failed Covid safe practice. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We have been waiting 3 months for a part for our washing machine, not once in this time did anyone call us to let us no what was happening, i had to chase it up still have no idea when the part is coming.Terrible service.
