Ridiculously under-staffed. There was one person on the tills on a Saturday.

An experience that will not be forgotten. I had chosen a jacket that was to my liking but found that there were multiple stains (3-4 sizeable),threads hanging out and the entire collar was brown, showing that someone had clearly worn it and left it in a disgusting state. I wanted that particular jacket as I had seen it online and they only had one size in store. I then went to the front counter to see if the staff would be able to compromise but the best they could offer was 10% off. The woman at the cashier was dismissive, stubborn and rude, and failed to take on my perspective and listen to my point of view. So as a summary, some clothes are low quality and dirty, staff are uncompromising and rude and your perspective will not be appreciated.

Great service and even greater prices

Displayed items are limited, store shelves are filthy, clothes stands have a dirt as you're not bother to touch them. Items are dispersed, store needs to arrange and display their variety in a proper manner. their other stores are bit better in terms of arrangements nd cleaning.

Disappointing experience. Purchased several items from the store and upon arriving home, found that one of the security tags had not been removed. Tried to call the store but the number provided on the receipt is a central call centre number, not the store where the items were purchased. Emailed customer service about the inconvenience of having to make a 54 km journey to have the tag removed. Their solution was to post a bag to return the items in the post, a useless offer when the item was purchased on Monday as a gift to be given ton Sunday. Don't expect anymore than a sorry and best check each item before leaving the store as the alarm did not trip despite a tag being attached.

Quality and design of clothes is average. Staff are very helpful though. The music in the store was too loud to the point where I had to leave. I did talk to a staff member and asked her to pass my message about the loud music to management.

Very disappointing to hear the manager May talk to the younger staff in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I would have expected a franchise like H&M would take more care when selecting people for leadership roles. I hope she is retrained and taught proper leadership skills.
